HHE Attorney Discusses PRO Act on WFMZ TV’s Business Matters

H&H Attorney George Hlavac recently appeared as a guest on WFMZ TV’s Business Matters to discuss current labor and employment law issues facing employers. The focus of the program was the controversial PRO Act which was passed by the United States House of Representatives on March 8, 2021. The PRO Act, which will alter the balance of power in labor-management relations in favor of organized labor, faces stiff opposition in the United States Senate, but if passed there will be signed into law by President Biden.
