Hoffman & Hlavac Welcomes New Attorney to the Firm

Hoffman & Hlavac is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the Firm. Shanna Mason will join the Firm as an associate. Ms. Mason will focus her practice on labor and employment and litigation matters.

Ms. Mason graduated from Penn State University in 2016, and subsequently received her law degree in 2019 from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. While completing her law degree she was the Production Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology, authored a comment that was chosen for publication, and was a finalist in the Nell Hennessy Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Mason regularly practices before federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, as well as federal and state administrative agencies, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Mason frequently represents clients in the areas of civil rights and labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis defending municipalities, public officials, and corporations in employment-related litigation and civil rights actions.

Ms. Mason previously served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Joseph F. Leeson, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
