Steve Hoffman Quoted in the Morning Call

Steve Hoffman was quoted in the June 14, 2020 edition of The Morning Call.  Hoffman was interviewed regarding Pennsylvania’s Act 111.  Act 111 is a labor statute that mandates the process for police and fire arbitrations in Pennsylvania.  Hoffman discussed the limited right of judicial review from decisions of arbitrators and how that effects the abilities of police departments to terminate bad police officers.
