EEOC Delays Deadline for 2019 EEO-1 Reports to 2021

In a post last month, we examined why the online portal for filing 2019 EEO-1 reports — which were originally due on March 31, 2020 — had not yet opened. Today, the EEOC provided an update for covered employers: the deadline for 2019 EEO-1 reports has been moved to March of 2021. As a practical matter, this means that covered employers will have to submit both their 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 reports at that time.
