Attorney Steve Hoffman Argues Before the PA Supreme Court

Steve Hoffman of Hoffman & Hlavac was honored to argue yesterday before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court sitting in Harrisburg. The argument involved whether the PHRA and its requirement for exhaustion of administrative remedies preempts a claim under the Whistleblower Law where the underlying alleged wrongdoing encompasses a potential claim for retaliation under the PHRA. We eagerly look forward to the Court's opinion.
